Subject: I remember CED(S)!

I remember in my early childhood in california, while attending a
preschool/daycare center, walking in on a big man in a big buisness suit
talking to one of the head ladies about something or someone brining movies so
that we could watch them latter on. Several weeks latter we were all called
around to sit in front of the tv in a large room. There an assistent pulled out
a large yet skinny blue rectangle looking thing. She shoved it into a brown
machine and...I saw Escape to Witch of my now favorites...for
the first time via the old CED system.

(I loved it whtn the RCA Selectavision logos came on and when you flip the disk

But there is a problem. I went to this school in between 1989-1990!
Was there some sort of program to re-sell the old ced system to schools and
educationial facilities?

I am helping a friend who plans to close his hobby shop by years end. While
going through the storage area of his shop to start inventory, I came across
500+ titles of CEDs and four CED units still in unopened cartons.

I have inventoried the titles. If any one would like to get a list of the
titles found, they can email me. Some of the titles are still factory sealed.
The Hobby Shop was an authorized dealer for RCA back in the 1980s.

Hello All:

TV Land is going to broadcast this episode of the "Get Smart" TV series on
Monday 4/8 at 8am and again on Tuesday 4/9 at 3am (East coast times). You may
know from the current Featured CED that this is some of the earliest material
