1st off - thanks to Tom for sending the belt quickly and with some neato swag!

2nd - I replaced the servo belt - my machine shows symptoms of a worn servo belt (and it was) - but after replacing it, I find that the servo motor will not advance the arm without a little coaxing to get it started... the motor works - it just doesn't seem to have enough mustard to get the ball rolling...

I am going to try re-lubing all the moving parts in the path, but barring that- I can't see what else could be an issue..

I have the exact same problem. Replaced the belt because it was slipping, and now it sticks unless I give it a boost. I have lubed everything I can think of, but nothing has helped. I wonder now if the servo drive itself needs replacement. It seems as though the servo drive has enough torque to run after it is started, but not enough break away torque to start from a stopped state. Did you ever resolve this issue?

Order the RCA belt 149045. This will fix your belt problem.
