Does anyone know why an sjt-400 wont power on?
Is it a simple swap of parts from another 400 or a J/K player?
Is there a way to back track to see what part it could be, if its not multiple part failure? _________________ I dont own

Might be a fuse if it doesn't power on at all. Most of the mechanical parts in that series of players seem interchangeable. _________________ Videodisc and stereo sound- there's no better value around! |

I tried the fuse from a working sjt-090 and it didn't work. Sadly I think its out of my range technology and tool wise _________________ I dont own

| I imagine you could use a multi-meter or similar continuity checking tool to see where the power stops flowing through the player. I don't know for sure though, but it seems feasible. |
