There is currently a 154100 stylus cartridge listed on E-Bay. The listing is dated Feb 24 from a Canadian ebayer.

A picture on the listing shows the underneath of the stylus cartridge. Notice that the thin aluminum arm that supports the stylus tip assembly is bent.
This stylus will most likely not track a disc. So- beware CEDers !
