Just for fun, last night, I decided to go to the "official" RCA web site, and I found a pleasant surprise. I am not sure if any one else has seen it, but there is a time line of the company, which is located on a page called Our Legacy.



There is a picture of an old CED advertisement in the middle of the home page underneath the year 1972, and on our legacy, CED is mentioned on the years 1972 & 1981, along with a picture of the RCA model VBT 200 VCR, and a You Tube video of an old CED television advertisement.



Oddly enough, General David Sarnoff is only referenced once on the entire time line, at the 1939 New York World's Fair.

They showed Riddle in the Sands on that youtube commercial, which was a UK only release.
