After the breakup of RCA, Dr. Tietjen became President and COO of the David Sarnoff Research Center (formerly called RCA Laboratories).

i heard about this also, i am friends with the college of new jersey on facebook and they made a post about it... they have a david sarnoff collection i want to visit one day!
