| Hello everyone, I just thought I'd see who is new to the group. Welcome if you have just joined us recently. It may not seem like much goes on here as this site doesn't get used a lot. My name is Josh and I have been a collector for around 4 or 5 years now. It's been a lot of fun and I hope you enjoy it too. Please tell us how you discovered CED and what you like best about it. Also we would be happy to answer any questions you may have. Thanks. |

Hi ketonic, I just discovered all the disc universe and I was a bit lost Thank you for your concern and thanks for the site, it was full of in-depths knowledges.
So I am interested for "live analogic vjing", I don't know if it's possible to "open" the reader of CED disk while reading ( like my friend dj )?
There is VinylVideo too, but I don't know, it's a rare product it seems.
Can I make Vjing with LaserDisk too ?
I think I can add effects after but any ideas?
And another question, do people use mini-cd for videos purposes? |

| I guess I'm not sure what you are asking. I see you are from Paris so I assume English is not your first language. Are you asking if someone could open a CED Player and DJ it, like how DJ's will "scratch" a record? If that is the case then no that would not be possible. It would just show a black screen and be harmful to the disc and the stylus. Laserdisc would not work for that either. I hope that answers your question. Thanks. |
