Just converted a CED videodisc (Crosby, Stills & Nash-Daylight Again) to a digital audio format. Here’s the process. The results were outstanding. Superior high res-audio for your listening pleasure.

1. Recorded the audio using the ZOOM H1 digital recorder. I used the 96KHz/24-bit WAV file format.
2. Imported the WAV file into Audacity to split and label each track. Exported the files to lossless FLAC.
3. Imported the FLAC files into Cirlinca’s HD Audio Remaster. I remastered the files to 192KHz/24-bit which added a totally new dimension to the audio files.
4. I created a DVD-Audio disc using Cirlina’s DVD Audio Solo. The files can also be played back on your computer using Media Monkey. Add a DAC for the ultimate audio experience.
