I might be good to go with the player and discs if it weren't for the shipping: pickup only in Maryland. That is a bit far to go for me.

An FYI: the Service Manual is located in California.

Tried to get the player without the discs a couple weeks back. Seller would not send anything single only the whole works and only for pick up. Offered him nearly just as much for the player as he was asking for the total. He didn't want to mess with it because it was not profitable enough. Completely understand. I have a Sanyo player but wouldn't mind fixing another one if I could pick one up. Interesting design. Anyone have the remote they would part with?
