I have had a weird issue with my SGT 250 as of late. For whatever reason whenever I play ANY disc, the movie plays perfectly until around the 50-52 minute mark of each side at which time it becomes all srambled and skipping. Basically it doesnt allow me to finish the last minute of a movie regardless of which side of the disc. It is almost like the stylus hits a wall at the end of the disc and won't continue. Anyone else seen this happen? Maybe dust at the end of a disc groove?? |

You were totally right Ryan. I had a small flatscreen tv sitting on top of the player in the bedroom. I didn't think it was a big deal as it is very light. Anyway I took it off the player and now it works perfectly! Once again, you came through!! Thanks buddy!!! |

i had this happen to me too, the early 250's have a different stylus hatch door, that could sometimes hang up the tracking arm, the later models had a modified hatch cover and there was a bulletin on how to shave down the old door _________________ (2)Sears 274 & 934(80150,10&11350), sft100, sgt250, sjt 090-400, vp550, VDR3000, VP2000 & 4000
