I have a question.... What do the symbols mean on the jackets??

Notice at the bottom next to STEREO that white box with a X thru it and a black circle next to it..... If the box with an X is white does that indicate a STEREO movie and if the box WITHOUT AN X IS WHITE it indicates MONO??

That's the logo for CX noise reduction. CX was a noise reduction system invented by I believe CBS for phonograph recordings that wasn't so popular on those as it was on analog soundtracks for videodiscs...both Laserdiscs and CED employed it.
