So I just got all three of my SKT-090's working (yay for melted function belts). Anyway, one seems to have an odd problem:
When I press fast forward, it will fast forward, but when you let go of the button it ejects the disk, just like if you had hit the reject button.
However, if you just let a disk play through, it has no problems. Any ideas?

that sounds like a circuitry error... im intruiged by that, ill see if my service manual has anything to say about that...

Yep, or somehow the pressing of the one button activates the other as well, due to a problem within the front panel or the buttons...
The two buttons are close together and if you actually did activate both at the same time, and held down the fast forward, then the fast forward mode would be active until you let go, which would then allow the reject to operate. |

they are separated by pause, but the panel still could be shorted somehwere
