I have 2 random access players which need repair (on both the issue is mechanical, I think).
Who do I need to contact to have the repairs done?

Why don't you post the issues here, and let's see what the problems might be. There are several members who can do mechanical repairs and/or help guide you through them.

Could you take a picture of the left side of the top motherboard? I was looking to see what sequence the wires are in. I believe it is yellow/brown first, red second and the blue one third. The other question I have is the spindle in the middle of the turntable and how the turntable comes off. I took the spindle off, but didn't look at it really close before it came off. I am looking for a top down picture of the turntable if possible. Thank you in advance, I appreciate it!!
