Thanks to Matt for posting this. I looked up the price and specs on the Objet connex500 printer;about $250,000 and a minimum feature of 16 microns in the Z axis. Ced tracks are about 2.5 microns wide and the minimum recorded features are about 0.3 microns, so there is a long way to go before CED FM video could be recorded this way. Audio could probably sound "good enough" at a higher rotation rate than 33 1/3 RPM.Try 450 RPM as in CED's! _________________ Scotty |
