A HA11757NT ( RCA part number 156582 ) integrated circuit is not used in any RCA CED player. RCA issued some part numbers beginning 156--- for "j" line products - approx 1983. I would guess that this part 156582 is an IC for a VHS video cassette player.

In the E-Bay listing, note the high shipping cost for this small box !!!
