I have a bit of a mystrey on my hands. I was hoping some of Tom or Jesse could help me out on this. I have Paul McCartney's Rockshow CED. My wife has been a Beatles fan for eaons. I was cataloging some discs the other day when I noticed what I thought to be two different concert discs were the same, with different artwork. They are both RCA and they have the same bar code. I looked it up on the list here on this site, but only one is mentioned. Can anyone explain this?

I have the same two discs, one with the B&W cover and one with the Color cover. Is it possible that this is due to coming from different manufacturing plants, or maybe one is an earlier release and the other later?

Those two versions are listed on the "CED Label and Caddy Variations" page rather than in the title database, as they have identical UPCs on both caddy and disc:

The B&W label Rockshow was included in one of the "See the Music" Six-Packs (Pre-Pack A) that was a freebie with stereo CED players purchased in late 1983:

Here's the RCA commercial for the "See the Music" promotion:

Thanks Tom! I knew you or Jesse would know. I have seen that commercial before, I actually have it filed away on my you tube "favorites" list.
