I can't believe it is already on us! Thanksgiving is here! Then Christmas! Who knew it could get here so fast? Many of you will no doubt be travelling this week, and I pray you will all be safe. What ever your tradition is, I hope it is a wonderful and happy holiday!

Thanks Rick! I did get my player, it played beautifully! I am thrilled with it. Do you have any idea where I can get my hands on a remote? _________________ 1000 titles

Sorry, I don't know where, except maybe Charlie, aka CBERTRA here on the forum, or maybe BlindFury has one, or Tom or the guys at CEDatum.
I scoured all over Dad's place for the remote and never could find it. Knowing him, he either broke it or gave it away to a customer.
It's a 6 button wired remote, as I recall, that has either 5 or 6 pins. It can accept the same remote used on the Hitachi and Sears versions.
A vintage VCR remote with the same number pins and same plug would likely work, but button names may not be of matching functions. |
