| We have inherited 225 discs consisting of 190 CED movies, 26 CED other (comedy, music) and 9 laser movie discs. We are not interested in shipping these so if anyone is interested in making an offer on the collection and picking them up (or I could meet you half way maybe) that would be great. I am located in Winston-Salem NC which is centrally located in the southeast. I have no idea what they are worth and will rely on your honest offer. I have made a list of the disc titles and can e-mail you the pdf or excel file to you. If interested, please contact me at kathybaga@gmail.com. Thank you! |

No, sadly it's a bit too far for me. Man woud I love to have it though, sounds like a really nice set. I just can't just drive that far right now. If we could get them to ship them, maybe we could do another "Big Job!" _________________ 1000 titles

AAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!
I work in Winston-Salem, NC but have absolutely no money for the time being. Ahhh the dramatic irony!
I'm up to help out if anyone needs a local person to ship these. (Let it be known that I've never shipped a single CED in my life so I'm not sure about what may be needed to ship them properly) |

You are a generous person. All CED'ers are:). I am unable to get them now, but if anyone is, I found some perfect boxes at Walmart, they are 14"x14"x14. you can get 30 CEDs in there, and put some packing paper between them. BlindFury may very well be interested in these. _________________ 1000 titles

OK, I have been in touch with these people, and they are willing to meet me halfway, which is very close to where my Son lives. I'm thinking of going and picking them up there. If you guys are still interested, shoot me an email. I have asked Kathy for another copy of the title list, and a picture. I think it would be cool to go in together and maybe we can Skype and go through them. I will do all the foot work, and I will take care of buying the shipping stuff, I just need to know how we can go about this? First let me know if you are interested. Also, with 225 discs, what is the fair amount to offer? I know it would be good to see a picture, if at all possible. Scott she also has 500 lps she wants to sale, I might be interested in a few of them, if you are. What do you say?

I think we need to see a list first before committing, we each have several hundred discs already.
LP's? 33 1/3, potentially interested depending on who/what condition.
As far as what to offer $60-70 on the CED's, it's a 'pig in a poke' for us. LP's $100-$125 is my initial thought.
No interest at all in country/gospel/classical/opera. I may like those, but necessarily on lp. _________________ Scott

| The albums are 33 1/3 and are mostly rock and some Motown. My late ex was a guitar playing hippy from the sixties so there are albums by the Allman Bros., Skynard, Pink Floyd, Stones, Clapton, The Who, etc. I'm in the process of getting them organized and researched just in case there is a collectible gem in the bunch. If anyone is interested in these, you can e-mail me at kathybaga@gmail.com and I'll try to get a list together. |
