OK, I wonder if we can actually have a gentlemen's (and ladies) code when it comes to bidding on Ebay? I mean if one of you guys are bidding on a particular CED, i'll gladly back off. I just don't want to bid against any of you, it just makes the price higher. I was bidding on 2 seperate discs tonight, and I lost, which is fine, the better bidder won, but if I know it is someone from in here, I won't bid. Is there any way we could figure it out? If you are a regular in here and I bid against you I'm sorry. How could we go about it?

Damn near impossible because of the hidden id feature. Maybe you could off of your feedback # to at least get a clue as to who it might be. (mine is 122)
The downside of posting up "I'm bidding on a sealed Tron, don't bid against me" is that somebody cruising the forum would see it and possibly have a shill bump it.

I suppose you are right, we do have an enormous amount of lurkers. It's possible we could shoot an email to the guys who are frequently in here, there aren't that many, unfortunately. But there are much much more than this time last year!!! We are going in the right direction. Smile

Could always make a closed/invite group on facebook, yahoo and give a heads up of "I'm bidding on XXX"

Scott anytime you got something you are bidding on tell me, and of course I will not bid! Hahaha you are probably gettin beat up by ACE "that guy" aka special price inflator!! Pretty sure he just bought a service disc for $145 hahah!! You remember cedatum selling it for $65 at the workshop!

He inflates the price by bidding on just about everything (not all) and not caring about price and bids to the max.... he is the one I was bitchin about in another thread. Rules? I don't know what you mean, but he inst breaking any hes just an arse, selling hundreds of his own ced's boosting prices on others and just in general being lame about ced's. Also I have no idea what you were bidding on so I don't really know if it was him. I was just goofin cause this guy is a joker
He bids on so much and rarely wins.... all he did was jack the price up!
Feel bad calling someone out but its ridiculous what he is doing so I don't care anymore. I am sure someone will say its not him but I've been watchin him because it's beyond annoying.

ACE is bad news. He has bid on a lot of players, multiple bids across a number of players for sale. Not sure if he just does it to inflate the prices or if he rebuilds and sells players and discs. Usually if I suspect he is in there, I stay away.
