Here is a very strange RCA CED advertisement on You Tube that I have never seen before. You can really tell that it is from the 1980s! It has some actual discs & a player in the advertisement; does any one know which CED player it is? I did not know that they were giving $150.00 worth of discs away as a promotion. |

Hahaha nice ad! I dled and played vid in slow-mo with vlc player and from what I can see it would be a 200 or a 400. Because it has all the buttons and 100's and 300's had the black top and you can see this has silver. The 200 I once owned had silver top and faux woody sides! I cant see the sides in ad so to me its a 200 or a 400 sj/sk you pick! On a side note I got the 6 disc music pack with flashdance in the box they show for 20 bucks off of ebay from cedpro hahaha!
btw ...... Kenny logins head bobble in slow-mo is friggin priceless! hahaha

Wish I had those coily A/V cables and transparent speaker housings! I've seen magazine ads for that promotion too, but I've never seen the actual box those discs came in. I think there were 3 different assortments you could pick, they all had Flashdance plus 5 music titles.
That commercial was included in the Aloha Conference CEDs too, with footage of participants in compromising situations in place of the music clips.
