Just saw this listed on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Star-Wars-CED-Laser-Disc-PG-/230603366390?pt=US_Laserdisc&hash=item35b1081ff6
Sellers description:
Up for bids is the CED/Laser Disc Extended Play 3-Disc set of the movie that started the STAR WARS saga. Stereo mix (ntsc) Twentieth Century Fox 1982 release. The discs are in very good shape - The labels are intact but show usage. Plays well.
Never heard of a 3 disc set of Star Wars on CED? Scratching head... |

I had assumed it was the same movie in triplicate- look at the logo location though.... same movie, but to me it appears first run and reissue, I could be wrong though (first time- honest ) _________________ Scott

| Scott, the Star Wars CED was produced with 2 different covers, hence the difference in the logos. I believe the one with the Fox band across the top, which obscures the Deathstar, is the more rare version. However, remember that the Star Wars CED is one of the most produced CEDs ever, so either version is pretty easy to find. |

Porky's and 9 To 5 are the only other titles I know of that had their covers re-done when 20th Century Fox Video became CBS/Fox Video (and they're now called 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment!) _________________ Videodisc and stereo sound- there's no better value around! |
