| Hello all. My CED player has recently developed a problem. When I put a disc in, it starts skipping ahead by minutes. Not skipping like the disc is scratched but skipping ahead very fast (I can watch the minutes counter going up very quickly). The screen doesn't go black - it's displaying an image, just skipping ahead. When I reverse back to 0, the disc then plays just fine. Any idea what's causing this? Thank you! |

| What model is it? If it's an SFT-___ or SGT-___, it could be that an internal adjustment on the arm may need adjustment. Every player that I've ever had of those models has eventually needed that adjustment. |
