I was using Google Maps Street View to look around the VideoDisc Pressing Plant at 7900 Rockville Rd., Indianapolis, IN and came across this sign:

7900-rockville-road

Although the resolution is too low to read it, the color coding suggests the plant is nearly fully occupied by several businesses. Has anyone been by there lately in person to check it out?

Some web searching brought up a page from the CBRE real estate company advertising rental space at the plant:
