CED VideoDisc and Player Discussion

I would like to pass my collection on to another CED collector. No reasonable offer will and unreasonable offers will be considered.

The collection consists of somewhere north of 1000 CED video discs, around 100 or so of those still in the original plastic wrap. There are 22 RCA players, including 2 SJT-400. I think I have at least one example of every RCA player. About a third to half play just as they are. There is also one Realistic CED-1 player that does play well. They are all clean and stored in a spare bedroom. Discs have all been stored on edge since I have owned them.

In addition I have a small cache of spare styli for both the SGT and SJT lines and a few miscellaneous parts and CED remote controls.

At this time I will not consider selling anything separately, since I could do much better by selling small lots on eBay. The collection is in lower mid-Michigan just about 60 miles up from the Ohio-Indiana border. Weight is considerably more than a US ton, so shipping is probably not practical.
