CEDatum posted this topic on 5 Oct 08. We have designed a circuit that can be installed in your CH3/4 only RCA CED player to provide Video and Audio outputs. These outputs can be connected directly to a flat panel TV. The circuit module can be installed in the SFT100W, SGT075 and SGT100, SJT090, SKT090, SJT100 and SKT100 players.

We have received e-mails from CEDMagic Forum readers and from other sources. To date we have 24 requests for this modification. Some of you want to buy the circuit board and install it yourself. The majority of requests are for the modification to be installed by us in your player.

The price of the board is an important issue. We had figured that we would need a minimum qty of 50 boards to get a reasonable unit price from a manufacturer.

If you are an electronic hobbyist and beleive you could make a quantity of these A/V modules for us we would like to hear from you.
Details: The PC board is one sided 2"x2". It is populated by 10 Resistors, 8 Capacitors, 1 small inductor and 2 transistors. These are conventional components.

Would this board allow for stereo output or mono only?
