The Red, White and Blue Thrift Store at 19239 SE McLoughlin Blvd. in Portland, Oregon has about eighty CED's for 95 cents each. They are located in the media section at the back of the store.

Here's an interesting quote I found concerning this thrift store while looking up its address number on the web. This comes from an article about a book Chuck Palahniuk wrote about Portland:

"His book not only provides an admiring look at the seamy underside of Portland life, he reveals secret places that many Portlanders would prefer to keep secret.

Like the beloved Red, White and Blue Thrift Store, source of perhaps half of the writer's wardrobe and a place without dressing rooms so it also offers a non-stop panorama of people stripping down to skivvies in order to try on its wares. Palahniuk risked the wrath of other loyal Red, White and Bluers, but countered, 'My God, it's the hardest place to park in the entire city.'"

Here's the complete article:

It's ced collectors like you that keep CED going.
Not too many people would let others know where to buy cheap CED's.

Too bad I live around there though. (Great Website though).
But Thanks for the info Tom, and keep posting CED thrift locations.
