CED VideoDisc and Player Discussion

I've just learned that Orlando radio legend and fellow CED enthusiast Bill Vermillion passed away this past May. He was a disc jockey at WLOF-AM from the days of the Beatles' invasion up until the CED market phase. Here's a picture of him at work circa 1970 (note the cool "DJ" cartridges that look like 8-Tracks):



Bill was one of the first people to talk about CED on the internet back in 1990. Back then all the discussion was done on Usenet, as the Web was still about three years away. You can see his Usenet CED postings in reverse date order here:
