Hello from Washington State. My wife and I are considering in buying a RCA CED SGT-250 on ebay. My concern is are there any parts available if we have any problems with the machine? How is this machine to repair and are their any manuals if needed? Thanks Sportsnutim |

It would seem the biggest problem is the ebayer selling these have no idea how to pack them properly and something is usually broken in shipment. Or the player has a problem to begin with. It's risky unless the shipper understands how to pack the player for safe shipment. |

I have about 10 CED players and several hundred CED movies available. The players are in various conditions - I have never tested some of them, but I'm sure the ones that don't work could yield some parts. I plan to keep only some of my favorite movies, but I need to clear space the others are taking up. I am willing to bargain on the whole lot, not separately and the buyer would have to pick up in Eugene Oregon - would need a truck because of the weight of the discs.
