I just won a CED Footloose and I have a dumb question to ask. On back of the disc it lists segments of the movie as Band 1 Band 2 and so on. i am assuming the "Band" is listed for use with the SFT400 player. Am I correct? This is the first movie I have gotten with the different "Bands" shoing on it. Very upercool!!! _________________ 1000 titles

The stereo reissues of Saturday Night Fever and Grease have bands too- the only non-musical I've seen bands on is The Court Jester.
I once saw an early Beta tape of Apocalypse Now at a Goodwill which actually had a chapter list printed on the inside cover. It noted that not all VCR counters were the same so finding them wouldn't be exact, but they were listed just as they would've been on a laserdisc or DVD. _________________ Videodisc and stereo sound- there's no better value around! |

It's just like chapter-search on DVDs- scenes selected by whoever put the disc together are indexed so you can skip right to them. A bunch of music CEDs have these so you can go to each song, but only a few movies. I forgot about Raiders of the Lost Ark, Monty Python and the Holy Grail has them too. _________________ Videodisc and stereo sound- there's no better value around! |

So on the remote you just press "Band" and whatever the number is? _________________ 1000 titles
