Just recieved 16 discs I got off EBAY. Sad to say, most will be thrown away. The surface of most of the discs are so scratched and marred that they are for the most part, unwatchable. I'm so used to this, it really does'nt bother me anymore. I would say 25 to 30 percent of all the discs I have purchased are throw away.

My luck, with discs bought on ebay, isn't any better than your's.
Even discs that are advertised as "perfect" never are.
BUT
Don't toss the junkers just yet!
I have several discs that are watchable but the Covers are damaged or the Labels are trashed.
You live in Indianapolis; If you are just going to throw them away I'll take them on the off chance that I can find a good cover or two in your junk pile.

I thought you had a great idea about changing out covers.
Hope more CED collector's will post good ideas like this one. |
