Hi Guys,
So what I need to do is adjust the cams for my function lever - currently the player will play in the "OFF" position. I have located the cams, but it looks like I'd need to take a whole lost apart before being able to get to them. Has anyone done this before? |

I did it on a couple of machines already. It's a pretty tight squeeze, but I found that I could do it with a longer than normal hex key of the exact right size without having to remove too much. A really good light was needed as well. like a tiny spotlight. It's really hard to do with a standard length hex key unless you remove the turntable.
One thing that I didn't know was whether the switch was off or on in what position. You can hear it click but I failed to investigate first which position was off or on. Sadly, I got it wrong at first. The two switches are actually on when the toggle is pushed toward the switch by the cam, and they are off when it is released.
So if you side-view the cam from the lever side of the player, on is a counter clockwise turn or a downward move of the hex key if the key is left in the key slot. And off is the opposite. |
