So i got this really clean book for 3$. When It gets here, I open it to first page and there is a note? Normally I can read cursive but it turns into chicken scratch. Can anyone help translate? hahah
Clicky they get bigger!
What i have so far
I believe the primary problem was
that the engineers never developed
an engineering (concept?) consistent with
the original projects goals. They
spent too little money on concept
exploration and too much on (development?)
and commercialization, under
corporate pressure (from?) naive (managers?)
