Hey Scott, that really isn't far from the truth. I bought the movie Hair on CED. One of Terri's favorite movies. I picked it up brand new in the wrapper and in stereo. Although we haven't watched it yet.
I got a new one: You sit around wishing you could get Avatar on CED! |

You get angry when you see a stack of CEDs on Ebay, STACKED FLAT!!! You know the bottom ones are ruined.

Not referring to something in Springfield are you? I'm 40 miles- closer to my backyard

When you buy your favorite model of CED player, you also search for a "BACK UP" PLAYER in case your new toy poops out. Then, (I know people who do this, you know who you are;)) you get a back up for the back up:)

Hmmm, I'm going to be up there Thursday- maybe I can distract and shoot some covert pics of his stash
Hook them all into a 10 way splitter and watch them all at the same time.
BTW- my NEC AVX910 can handle 5 video in/out and 10 audio in/out

The top box is about 7"deep and I have transported numerous albums in there. I can also strap across the fuel cell (black box behind the seat).

I'm thinking that is a worthwhile goal- practical experience at designing/manufacturing. Plus you can fill the needs of a niche market. It's just like old radio collectors always need parts for a 1930 Stromberg Carlson, they aren't made anymore, and yet somebody is making parts in their basement.

| You might be addicted to CEDs if you lose all of your players and your entire collection to, say, a flood, and instead of restarting with something more modern, like DVDs, you go right back to collecting CEDs again - without a player, hoping that someday soon you'll find a player to play your CEDs on! (Been there...done that myself!) |

Russell, i'm glad you hung in there too! There is something very special about the CED format. There is something special about holding your favorit caddy in your hand, and flipping through a new stack of movies, and really be happy that you are in this format!
