What title was this? I could tell if the number stamped in the middle were visible.

Numbers 76475-00744 This I think was the stock number. A second number 101 60M is also stamped on the disc.
And a third number 1. 4 looks like it was engraved with a very shaky hand.

This is the disc that was stamped from a master that all the employees signed. Since this would have been made after the VideoDisc program was canceled I'd guess they used whatever master was handy.
