I have a CRK 35A remote control but no instuctions for it.
The "ADD" and "Erase" buttons hidden under the top piece have me stumped.
I know it will control my SJT 400 Disc Player and MPT 200 Audio/ Video Control Center functions but have not got a clue about making it work with the MSP 400 Surround Sound Processor.
A photo copy of instructions for the CRK 35A would be a big help.

Ron:
The ADD and ERASE buttons are for use with a Dimensia monitor to add/remove specific channels to/from the TV. During setup you would tune the TV to a desired channel then press the ADD button. After this process is repeated for each channel in your area, pressing the CHANNEL UP/DOWN buttons will cycle through those channels only.
The MSP400 Surround Sound Processor came with its own 14-button remote that is very difficult to find. If you have a programmable RCA universal remote, a degree of control for the MSP400 should be possible and can be determined by experimentation.
I experimented with my RCA RCU500 Universal Remote and found it could be programmed to control the MSP400 using the code search method. It took 55 presses of the power button to find the right code, then various buttons on the RCU500 (including some number buttons) could activate functions on the MSP400.
