I'm hoping someone here can answer a question for me about an issue I've arrived at while replacing the servo belt in my SGT-250. I've replaced the belt and reassembled the parts. The belt works and moves normally when pressing the reverse and forward buttons, but these movements aren't moving the stylus arm. There's some kind of disconnect in carrying the belt movement through the gears to the stylus arm. Everything checks out except the black gear that's pressed up against a felt pad that's glued to the white plate with the spring behind it (sorry I'm not up on the terminology). This black gear is not tight up against the felt pad and can spin freely. I've attached a picture so you can see what I'm referring to. Could this be the issue and if so, how can this been corrected? Any ideas or comments are greatly appreciated.

This thread can be closed. I figured out the problem messing around with it a little bit on my own. Player is back in normal working order.
