Hi!

How common are the Playboy CEDs? I just came across a set of five -- the Playboy Video numbers 1 through 4, and the Playboy Video Magazine (with the 30th aniversary playmate). I checked on eBay and I don't see any recent sales. Are these much of a collectors item?

Thanks!

I found a Playboy Video Vol. 2 at a flea market a few weeks ago for $2.50 in nice shape.

Check the CED titles page at http://www.cedmagic.com to see if they're rated as common or rare.

Vol. 1 is listed as Common, not sure about the rest. These have got to be among the most dated things you can watch on a CED player, as everything on them was "new" at the time. Vol. 5 has a performance by The Village People at the Playboy Mansion, taken from the 1979 Playboy's Roller Disco TV special (which I have about 2/3 of on Beta!)

Thanks for the info! It does seem that volumes 2-4 are uncommon and the Video Magazine (volume 5?) is rare. Not sure how that translates into what they might go for on eBay, but we'll see.

Thanks!
