| I'd like to comment on the bandwidth limit that was reached over last month. I would like to suggest that Tom add a PayPal donation button like Leo Laporte has on the TWIT network. |

The bandwidth issue is a result of a couple of unrelated events happening at the same time and will soon be fixed. My old ISP merged with another and imposed a 40GB/month limit on old accounts. Normally CED Magic uses about 30GB/month, but at this time of year it goes way up due to the popularity of the featured CED "A Christmas Carol." I'll probably put a lock on that directory for the rest of this month to avoid hitting the limit.
The merged ISP is slowly moving accounts from old to new server technology, and when that move happens CED Magic will have 3000GB of bandwidth.

Hi Tom
Oh my word! 3 terabytes a month! Amazing, no really. I think everyone and their brother would have to use the site before that limit was hit. |
