I have a "new" still shrinkwraped copy of MICK FLEETWOOD The Visitor that has in the wraper with it a LP record album with same title. There is a banner taped to it that reads "Special Limited Offer The Exciting Mick Fleetwood Record Album...The Visitor FREE with Purchase of this Videodisc.

Were there any other similar CED + LP promotional offers?
