Hello. I have a friend that was given a huge collection of CED discs and a player. Several discs are still new in shrink wrap. We would like to know what the going price would be for these discs? One disc is the original Star Wars movie. Caddy is shrink wrapped and looks brand new. How rare is it? |

Usally shrink wrapped movies only bring in around 9-10 dollars. I purchased all 3 starwar's in shrinkwrap for 20. But if you find a collector, you may get around 20-40 for it. |

Not sure about you lot in the US - but the problem in the uk is the postage. On ebay UK you can buy shrinked rapped discs for about £5 (approx $10/ $11) - but postage is more than the disc due to its weight. Postage is around £7 (approx $14/$15 dollars). What also does not help is the fact the players only had a 6 month lifespan here in their heyday and therefore only the technos around the uk took up on it - there is no great concentration of local collectors - so if you decide to collect its normally a 200 mile round trip - and you know how much we get ripped off on the old fuel in the uk! _________________ All the girls love me like a brother |

Its on PBS (it starts at like 7 or 8 BBC America) and plays first "As Time Goes By" then "Last of the Summer Wine" then "Brittas Empire" then "Keeping Mum" its a show that I have been watching for about a year now. Its about a mum whos a bit nutty and her son lives with her. It is very funny. I have heard of the movie, but no, this is a series. |
