Hi there

I own an Hitachi VIP202P Player and am looking for a physical or PDF copy of the user manual. Does anyone have copy I could buy or download please?

Also, I understand that there was an optional extra remote control on a lead available!
Does anyone have one for sale or know the part number for it please?

Do some searching around and you will find the PDF of the owner's manual for the VIP201P and VIP202P models. The manual is the same for both models.

Post a reply on this thread so that I know if the manual is there. I sent the manual to the sysadmin; but, I am not certain if he posted it.

Thanks very much for your reply. I looked through manuals on the lddb.com website. There are plenty of laserdisc player manuals but, there appears to be only 2 CED manuals, both RCA models.
Sadly no sign of the VIP202P manual.
Would it be possible for you to WeTransfer me a copy please?

That is too bad that the admin did not get my PDF's.

Send me an e-mail to etd607 at yahoo dot com. I will then send the 4 PDF's back to you. (There are 4 PDF's as each PDF is 2 pages of the 8 page manual.)

If anyone else needs the PDF's for the VIP201P/VIP202P players, send me a note and I will reply to your e-mail with the 4 files attached to it.

Also, I have the manuals for the VIP1000 and the VIP2000 players that I can send to anyone who needs them.

The manuals for the Hitachi VIP201P/VIP202P, the VIP1000 and the VIP2000 have been uploaded to the lddb,com forum. I just got an e-mail from Julien (admin for the lddb.com) and he has uploaded the PDF;s that I sent him.

Look at the current last post on the topic "anyone still out there ?" where you will find the url to use to get to the CED manuals.
