Side one is actually side two ( it made watching meaning of life for the first time very weird) so what's the best way to take the disk out and flip it?

Well.....if it were me I'd put the disc in the player and then remove it from the player again with the caddy corresponding to the correct side of the disc so side one is installed to the front of the caddy.

Mr. Greve,

I think he means the disc itself is upside down in the disc holder. Lol

You could use some non powdered latex gloves. Just handle it like a record. Don't touch the surface.

Most of them have a side two, turn the caddie over as if you were inserting the other side extract it.

Just check out my video on youtube about "How to Open and Inspect a CED" and when you take the disc out, flip it around.
