Hello....just recently got a Realistic 16-301 off Ebay and am trying to get it running....the tray load motor does not run Crying or Very sad ....I am not sure if the motor is bad or the controller has failed.....can anybody tell me where I can find a service manual to further troubleshoot the problem or give me some ideas of how to isolate the problem. Any help will be appreciated.

Try rotating it by hand- I've brought a few back to life by doing this, they usually will run on their own once you've got them going. They seem to do that after being unused for a long time.
