Regardless of non proper storage issues involved the person could have done a better job of stacking them. That stack looks like it is about to tip over!

i remember once i drove 3 hours to get a stack of discs and a player only to see that the husband left for work and had the kids bring all the discs up from the cellar for me to get them and all 150 of them were in almost one giant stack, when i walked in i gasped and sheepishly paid the money because i needed 2 of the discs in the pile... sadly most of them i couldn't even resell...

You know, you would think people wouldn't even have to be told not to stack them flat. Even back in the "old" days, where records were the rage, I never stacked them flat, common sense told me that would warp them. I just don't get it. I mean I can see 10 or 15 stacked, but look at that long pile
