CED VideoDisc and Player Discussion

I have an old RCA Dimensia TV which was used as part of the original
CED system:

It has an intermittent problem and I want to give it away to someone
who may be interested, or who wants spare parts. Details on the TV
are below.

I am near Ann Arbor, Michigan (Detroit area). I would prefer a
local pickup, but I am planning a trip to St. Louis in early
November and I could deliver it along the way for a fee. I also
sometimes go to southern Indiana, usually via Ohio and Kentucky.

Details:

The TV is a model FKC2601T made in 1984 (in Bloomington Indiana). I
also have the remote control CRK35A. The TV's tuner has not worked
for years, but until recently it worked fine by hooking my VCR to
the TV's "banana jack" audio/video inputs.

Over the last few months, the TV has developed a problem. After
turning it on, it displays the channel number and volume bar, but no
picture. Sometimes the picture appears after a few minutes. This
problem was rare at first, then more frequent, and now occurs almost
every time the TV is turned on.
