Sears was thinking back then, those were good days when smart cookies figured you'd want something to WATCH after spending your hard earned money. |

I think it might have been Henry Fonda's last movie, and certainly Jane's last chance to behave like she's now in her seventies |

haha thanks for sharing man! This totally confirms most of our suspicions on why there are soooo many god damn on golden ponds. They gave them away with the players like we thought haha! _________________ I dont own

Funnily enough, this is the CED players only appearance in a Wish Book (holiday edition catalog). Glad you guys like it! _________________ If you always do what you've always done, you're going to get what you've always got.

Always awesome! Its weird how one disc is 2 and a half pounds but 2 disc's is 4 pounds. I wonder if its just shipping material weight? _________________ I dont own

Wow, thanks for sharing. Keep posting when you find more. I've seen a Sears ad with the remote one time but it was really blurry. I didn't even know the remote existed until Ryan found one on ebay, then I found two locally shortly after. I had asked everyone about them but no one seemed to know if they were made or not. I like seeing these ads though and it's interesting how they show discs in wrong colors all the time.
Superman II in a white caddy, Annie in a white caddy, Jane Fonda's Workout in a white caddy, and then Officer and a Gentleman in a blue caddy. |

What are those other items shown in the box with the #6 on it? Looks like some sort of sound system for use with the player, as TVs by themselves were still mono at the time. _________________ Videodisc and stereo sound- there's no better value around! |

It is a monitor, tuner, speakers, and cart combo offering. I can snap a pic if you would like? _________________ If you always do what you've always done, you're going to get what you've always got.
