I have about 1600 CED Videodiscs (about 1200 titles plus about 400 duplicates). These numbers are a guess. I do have a good list of what I have. I would like to sell them for a minimum price, but I would also consider giving them away. I haven't looked at them in years. There are about 100 I would like to keep for sentimental reasons, and most of those I have duplicates for. I would like someone to pick them up, although I would also consider shipping them if we could manage something.
Thanks, Joseph Kearse

I have had two people interested in a small number of my CED's. If no one else responds over the weekend, I will go ahead a decide what to do.
If anyone else is interested in a small portion (or the whole) of what I have e-mail me, and I'll send you the list of what I have.
If anyone has suggestions to help me liquidate, let me know.
As I have said, I plan on keeping just a small number of discs (100 or less).
Thanks, Joseph (jwkearse@aol.com) _________________ JWK |

You should try storing 35 years worth of new, used and pre-recorded audio cassettes, LPs and 45s, VHS, Beta, stereo gear and who knows what

Your dragons hoard reminds me of a recent news article where someone purchased or found some old Commodore diskettes. Nothing unusual in and of itself, however, he discovered that on those disks were original Andy Warhol computer graphics.

Who knows, maybe you have the only VHS transfer of the only uncut, original Metropolis!
You'll make some digital archaeologist very happy some day! _________________ If you always do what you've always done, you're going to get what you've always got.

I have a lot of old, crappy 2-head tapes people made of multiple movies on cable or rented, and most of them are reusable.
The only special ones I have are archives I made of of the weekend video shoes of the 80s and 90s, musical guests on the talk shows then and a few hours of KRON or KGO sitcoms (Full House) when KRON was still an NBC affiliate in the mid 90s and the feature of that would be a Garry Shandling guest hosted Tonight Show with Gloria Estefan. Also I think some of KTVU Oakland before they became a Fox station. Those others were all found objects. |
