Seen them for years and was always curious, now more than ever. I picked up a couple movies ar a local thrift a couple weeks ago at $1 each. I want to get a machine but their high on ebay and i can't afford it. There was a broken unit on ebay for $75. |

| I have several players I need to get working and will be selling soon. It's not so much the player as it is shipping that is expensive. To ship a player is around $40-$50 via FedEx, which is the best and safest method. Then when you consider just the stylus is worth another $40 well now your already into it $80. If you watch ebay the deals are out there you just have to be patient. I have seen several players sell for around $40-$50 shipping included. Usually they are listed as non-working or untested but 90 percent of the time it just needs a new belt or a stylus repaired. Belts can be purchased at the CED Magic site and a stylus can be repaired for like $30, both are super easy fixes. I would say to just keep an eye out at the thrift store and craigslist and watch ebay for the deals. You might want to post a wanted ad on craigslist too letting people know you are looking for one. Also it never hurts to ask around on laserdisc boards as well since many people collect both and most laserdisc collectors prefer LD and might have a CED player they are looking to part with. Just suggestions. |

| Already have an ad out on Craigs where I'm at but i call it "dry county" here because there seems to be nothing. If you have one like the pic above, let me know how much it'll cost total. |

Doesn't look like I'm gonna ever find one. Prices are too high and can't find anything. Oh well.... |
