I placed an order on this site a little over a week ago for a new servo drive belt for my SFT100W, and I haven't had any communication from Tom regarding the order. I sent him an e-mail a few days ago to ask if it's been shipped, or if it hasn't, when it will be, but didn't receive a response. Is this normal for Tom? Should I just wait a little bit longer or what?

It is not unusual for Tom to not respond. He seems to be quite the busy guy, but he always ship stuff and closes his store when he knows he cannot be there to ship. He ships in an envelope, standard stamped mail from Oregon so it can take a bit to get where you live! I live in Michigan and it has taken over a week many times!

Okay, I got the belt today. It just would have been nice to get an e-mail after I sent the payment saying, "Hey, I got your payment, your order will be shipped soon," or something like that.

For sure! Its gotta be a little hard for Tom not always having time to come on here, or being able to send a small message before he sends out your belts. I suppose he could have an automated message that would do it for him every purchase, but again more time he likely doesn't have Sad
