I looked at this player, I don't have a stereo player yet but the damage scared me. Added it to my watch list...so my wife said I had better not buy another guitar, she didn't say squat about CED stuff.

i saw this too, and i was gona buy it just for the styus hatch, but just the shipping alone doesnt seem worth it for me

Sorry, guys, but I respectfully disagree. The damage is only from the front piece coming unglued on one side and then getting kinked when someone unloaded a disc and the caddy caught on the molding. Easy to see that it's not shipping damage.
That's an easy fix and I have the replacement molding. I would say, since the player does display an L when on, it's likely a working player. I think it's a good buy for someone who wants that kind of stereo player, but not so much just for parts.
I'll send you the part for free, well, you pay to ship it, but it's so light it won't cost much. You just gently pry the old part off and re-glue the new one on. Seems like an easy deal for a stereo player. The shipping seemed reasonable, at least to where I am.
However, if nobody here wants to bid, then say so, please, and I will bid. But I really don't want to bid over somebody else. |

I say grab it, I've pulled in three players and almost two dozen disc's in less than 45 days and I still have a nice set Tony is looking into for me from his lot...i need to take it easy. I say grab it.
